Merhaba, ben dahil birkaç dosya taşımı işlemini yapan arkadaş ustraveldocs.com adresinde kayıt aşamasında son adımda hata almakta ve barkodlu sayfaya ulaşamamakta (kayıt tamamlanmamış oluyor).
Tamamlanmayan kayıt problemim hakkında siteye giriş yaptıktan sonra "Geri Bildirim/Talepler ---> bölümünden "Yeni Bir Dosya Aç" kısmından "sorun" bildirimi yaptım (bu maili spoiler kısmında görebilir kendinize göre uyarlayabilirsiniz).
Aynı zamanda Ankara konsolosluğuna da durumu bildiren bir mail attım.
Bu problemi gideren arkadaşlar bilgilendirme yaparsa memnun olurum.

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a system error I am encountering at the final step of creating/updating my ustraveldocs.com profile.

My Diversity Visa (DV) interview is scheduled for (ingilizce mülakat ayı ve gününüz), 2026, at the U.S. Embassy in Ankara.

My case was previously transferred to Ankara from the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok. When I attempt to complete my profile registration to register my passport delivery and interview details, the system gives an error at the final stage. When I called customer service, the agent confirmed that my passport number is linked to a profile in the system, but since I cannot complete the final step, my registration remains incomplete.

As my interview date is approaching rapidly, I urgently need your technical team to fix this profile conflict/error or manually complete my registration.

Bir sey aklima geldi. Denendi mi bilmiyorum ama belki randevu aldiktan sonra dosyasini Ankara'ya tasiyan arkadaslarima bir yardimi dokunabilir.

Hatirladigim kadariyla eskiden dosya tasima islemini yaparken numaraniz Cutoff olduktan sonra dosyanizi tasimak istediginiz konsolosluga mail atiliyordu. Egerki konsolosluk uygunsa/musaitse dosyanizi kabul edip sizin isleminizi ilerletebiliyordu. Bu islemin bu sene KCC tarafindan yapildigina sahit olduk ama 1-2 aydir arkadaslarimiz sonuc alamiyor. Belki konsolosluga yazip bu islemi ilerletebilirsiniz.

@Ozgeboran evet canlı yayını bende izledim. Tüm yaptırımlar kalkacak dedi ama green card üzerinde etkisi olur mu onu zamanla gelen açıklamalar ile görebiliriz.

Peki bu durumda USA Ankara Konsoloslugu' na da email atmali miyiz?

Merhaba, Ankara'ya değilde @conk 'un mesajında belirttiği üzere taşımayı yapan KCC ye yarın mail atmak daha faydalı olabilir.

Dosyamın Ankara'ya taşındığını https://ustraveldocs.com sistemi göremiyor, kayıt yaparken Ankara seçtiğimde sistemlerinde Bangkok olarak göründüğü için Konsolosluk/OFC ile eşleşmiyor hatası veriyor.

Bu olay https://dvprogram.state.gov/ESC/CheckStatus.aspx sitesinden Interview Appointment altında halen Bangkok olarak görünmesiyle de alakalı sanırım.

Az önce KCC'den problemle ilgili attığım maile cevap geldi.

"KCC'nin bu konuda size yardımcı olma yetkisi bulunmamaktadır. Daha fazla bilgi için lütfen bulunduğunuz bölgedeki yetkili Amerikan Büyükelçiliği/Konsolosluğu ile iletişime geçin"

ve dün gelen mail de yukarıdaki mailden sanırım 3-4 gün sonra mülakat tarihiniz ayarlanmıştır diye geldi doğru muyum?

@bkaraca Yani Varşova'dan mülakat tarihi aldıktan sonra Ankara'ya taşıdınız ve aynı durumla mı karşılaştınız? Yoksa Ankara'dan mı Varşova'ya mülakat tarihinizi taşımaya çalıştınız? Mülakat tarihi aldıktan sonra mı taşımıştınız? Kusura bakmayın tam senaryoyu anlamak için soruyorum.

mailde de aslında current oldugumu belirttim ve mulakatımın schedule edilmesini rica ettim.

Ancak mailime bir donus olmadı Ankara'dan donus alanlar bu formatla mı donus aldı ben de bilmiyorum. Hem bu konuyla alakalı dogru subject/code la mail atmamız gerek hem de donus alabilen bir ornek (subject/code) de bulup oyle hareket etmemiz daha dogru olacak gibi. Ben henuz donus alamadım.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As requested, I have created a new case and referenced my previous support case above.

My Diversity Visa (DV2026) case was transferred from the U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong to the U.S. Embassy Ankara by KCC.

CEAC shows my assigned post as Ankara, and I have received my interview appointment letter from the U.S. Embassy Ankara for August 5, 2026.

However, when I try to register on USTravelDocs and enter my case number, I receive the following error:

"The Embassy/Consulate selected for your application does not match the Embassy/Consulate associated with your case number."

Could you please verify and update the embassy association for my case in the USTravelDocs system?

Evet KCC ve ustraveldocs.com destek ekibi bizimle alakalı değil dedi. Az önce aşağıdaki şekilde bir mail attım Ankara konsolosluğuna ([email protected])

Aşağıdaki mailde XXX yazan yerleri, mülakat tarihi ve Bangkok gibi bilgileri değiştirip kullanabilirsiniz. Ek olarak pasaportun resimli bilgi içeren sayfasını ve hatanın ekran görüntüsünü ekledim maille.

Dear Official,

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a system error I am encountering at the final step of creating/updating my ustraveldocs.com profile.
My Diversity Visa (DV) interview is scheduled for July 16, 2026, at the U.S. Embassy in Ankara. My case was previously transferred to Ankara from the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok.

When I attempt to complete my profile registration to register my passport delivery and interview details, the system gives an error at the final stage. When I called customer service, the agent confirmed that my passport number is linked to a profile in the system, but since I cannot complete the final step, my registration remains incomplete.

When I opened a support ticket on Ustraveldoc.com to resolve this issue, the support representative wrote that I should forward the problem to you.

Sen o şekilde paylaşınca bende hemen gidip mail atmıştım Ankara'ya. Bakalım haftaya anca dönerler artık NATO zirvesinden dolayı kapalıymışya.
