When we have scheduled your interview, you will be required to log into the Entrant Status Check (ESC) to view your appointment notification. At that time, please verify that your appointment is scheduled for the correct post. If for any reason it is not, you may contact KCC again at [email protected].
Please continue to monitor Adjudicating Applicants in Their Country of Residence - August 28, 2025, for any changes regarding interview locations.

Dosyamı Ankara'ya taşımayı düşünüyordum. Artık Hong Kong'a mı mail atmam gerekiyor?

Bize Viyana’da randevuya giderken götürmemiz gereken belgelere ilişkin mail geldi ancak sağlık muayenesi için randevu almamamıza ilişkin bir ibare yok. Sağlık muayenesinden hiç bahsedilmemiş mailde. Sadece sürecin durduğunu ve halihazırda vize basamadıklarını belirtmişler. İlgili kısım şu şekilde:

Gün içinde KCC’ye Viyana’dan Ankara’ya geri taşıma talebinde bulunduk şöyle bir mail aldık az önce, hem sizleri bilgilendirmek hem de sizin de bu mail hakkındaki görüşlerinizi öğrenmek isterim.

@Aslan-3 Benim anladığım dosyanız taşınmış, zaten o yüzden de artık daha fazla bilgi için Ankara ile iletişime geçin yazmışlar. Hayırlısı olsun.
İsterseniz Ankara'dan mülakat emaili beklerken, emin olmak isterseniz de 1-2 hafta sonra kcc ye dosyam şuan nerede diye bir sorabilirsiniz, bunun zararı olmaz.

ESC sayfasında hala Viyana görünüyor, dediğiniz gibi taşıma işlemi gerçekleştiyse ESC sayfası bir kaç gün içinde güncellenir mi Ankara olarak sizce ?

Dosya yerimi öğrenmek için Eğer HK ise Ankara'ya çevirmek istiyordum.
