@kundekari as @ozancanan said that if you are sole proprietor then you don't need any accountant for this , you can just contact to someone who can give you the invoice and then you can start your business over there...
I my case i am not sole proprietor i have partner in my company so we do need accountants. regarding this we too contacted our "Connecticut Secretary of State" they too told to we need accountant..
