18 mayısta ca ya girişimi yaptım.yerleştik ettik ssn bekliyorum.yeni giriş yapacak arkadaşlara bol şans şimdiden.

Üniversite diplomasını geçerli kılmak için araştırma yaparken tıkandım açıkcası ve tam istediğim bilgi formda bulamadığım için yeni konu açtım.

tıp,dişçilik veya veterinerlik gibi alanlar dışında çalışmak istiyorsak diplomamız için bir değerlendirme kuruluşundan geçerlilik almamız gerekiyor.bu arada mesleğim ziraat mühendisliği ( deyim yerindeyse trakya ağzıyla burda grrrrla iş var :D )

araştırma yaparken şöyle bir yazı ile karşılaştım
"Will California State University, Sacramento accept an outside evaluation of my documents?
Sacramento State will ONLY accept evaluations from World Education Services (WES). Applicants have the option of having WES or Sacramento State evaluate their documents. Applicants electing to have WES do the evaluation, do so at their own expense. The university will not reimburse applicants. The applicants should select the WES INTERNATIONAL CREDENTIAL ADVANTAGE PACKAGE (ICAP) Course by Course Evaluation."

tabi bu sacramento universitesinin kendi içine kabul yazısı ama ileride master da düşündüğüm için yada başka bir yerde bu şekilde bir durumla karşılaşmam mümkün müdür bilemedim, sormak istedim.

yani biz a firmsına değerlendirmeyi yaptırdık ve b firması ile iş görüşmesine girdik. b firması kardeşim ben a firmasının değerlendirmesini kabul etmiyorum sen bunu c firmasında yaptırman lazım gibi bişey diyebilirmiş ihtimali varmış gibi geldi. bu konuda en kapsamlı değerlendirmeyi nereler yapar sizce. wes yeterli gibi görünüyor ama kamusal bir kurum yada daha geçerli bir değerlendirme kurulusu var mıdır bildiğniz. bu arada nette bir çok site var ama süzüp net veri olarak kaydettiğim sayfaları aşağıda paylaştım.

Sayin @ercan-tekoglan elinize saglik fakat yanlis konuyu yerde acmissiniz :) sizce bu konuyu "Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde Meslekler" bolumune mi tasimam lazim, yoksa Meslekler bolumundeki Muhendislik kategorisine mi? Ca sierra college e değerlendirme yaparken nelere dikkat etmem gerek şeklinde mil atmıştım.gelen mail gayet açıklayıcı olmuş.belki birilerinin de işine yarar.mail i olduğu gibi yapıştırıyorum;

I would recommend you contact UC Davis where they offer degrees in agriculture engineering to find out what they would need to complete an MS or other post-Bach work.

Sierra College does not evaluate international transcripts – that has to be done by one of the following 3 companies listed below in order for Sierra to accept the units. Most units are accepted here as electives because the courses are not equivalents to ours. It is very expensive & there is no guarantee we will accept the course work for degree, transfer , etc.

International Transcript Acceptance

Students wishing to receive credit at Sierra College for courses completed at an international in­sti­tu­tion must re­quest and pay for an eval­u­a­tion of their international transcript(s) through one of the following agen­cies:

· Academic Records Evaluation Center

· Educational Records Eval­u­a­tion Service

· In­ter­na­tion­al Education Re­search Foundation, Inc.

· World Education Services, Inc.

The evaluation must include a course by course review which determines se­mes­ter unit value, grade and lower/upper di­vi­sion sta­tus. In most cases, stu­dents are grant­ed elec­tive cred­it only for lower di­vi­sion course work com­plet­ed at in­ter­na­tion­alinstitutions. No credit is granted for upper-di­vi­sion courses. Stu­dents wishing to be granted credit for specific Sierra College gen­er­al ed­u­ca­tion/learning skills or ma­jor cours­es must submit course de­scrip­tions in En­glish with course substitution petitions.

International coursework from non-United States regionally accredited institutions cannot be used to meet California State University General Education-Breadth requirements, Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum requirements, and Associate Degree for Transfer requirements. Although international courses may be accepted by four-year universities, evaluation of such courses is determined independently by each transfer institution.
