Evet, dosya numarasinin hangi ay aktif olacagi onem kazaniyor burada. Eger Nisan veya oncesi ise direkt aktif olan ayin 1'inde gonderebilirsiniz bence, yeterli kadar sure hala kaliyor...

Dediginiz gibi bu durumdan haberdar olmayan USCIS ofisleri geri gonderebiliyor ve bu durum size 2-3 ay kaybettirebiliyor. Hangi statude ABD'deydiniz, hatirlatir misiniz?

Haziran 30'da vize doluyor ama yenisi için üniversitenin vize ofisi işlemlere başladı. Onlar da green card çıktığından haberdarlar. Tamamen tesadüf oldu, yoksa seneye zaten kurum sponsor olacaktı green carda. DV ile daha hızlı hallolacak.

Dediginiz gibi de yapabilirsiniz, bu durumda ilk iletideki memorandum'un da kopyasini pakete ilistirin ve dilerseniz kucuk bir aciklama yazip gonderin.

Erken gonderildigi icin reddedilen bir basvurunun yeniden gonderilmesinde herhangi bir sorun yok. Negatif bir durum olusmaz...

Sorun degil, USCIS gerekli gorurse ekleme yapar. Zaten I-765 ve I-131 formlari da ayni paketin icinde olacak.
