3 haftalik bir sure var ve bu sure icerisinde herkesi yetistirmeleri imkansiz gorunuyor. Covid olmasaydi bile, bu binlerce vizeyi kapsiyor, yine de imkansiz olurdu.

Evet, herkesin yetismesi zaten imkansiz, ama Turkiye'nin yasakli ulkeler arasinda gecmemesi sevindirici. Ankara'daki islemler Avrupa'dakilere kiyasla daha hizli gidecek diye tahmin ediyorum (ve umuyorum)...

@amehmet merhaba, önceki iletinizde 29 temmuzda vize sürenizin dolacağını belirtmişsiniz. yeniden vize başvurusunu bu tarihten önce mi yaprınız? ancak raporların 6 ay geçerli olduğunu düşünürsek sizin 15 ağustos' ta yeniden vize yenilemiş olmanız gerek gibi. biraz daha detay bilgi verebiilirseniz geçekten işimize çok yarayabilir.

@kelaynach merhaba mevcut Executive order kararlarından dolayı ve konsoloslukların uzun süre kapalı olmasından dolayı vize süresi biten talihlilerin vize yenilemeleri yapılamıyordu, fakat 7 temmuzda travel.state.gov üzerinden aşağıdaki açıklama paylaşıldı ⬇️

"Daha önce 23 Nisan'da geçerli olan ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'ne seyahat etmeden önce vizenin süresi dolmuş olan DV-2020 programı için vize verildiyseniz, daha fazla bilgi için lütfen vizenizin verildiği Elçilik veya Konsolosluk ile iletişime geçin" 

Ama bu açıklamadan sonra konsoloslukların büyük çoğunluğu bu tarihlerde pandemi nedeniyle göçmen ve göçmen olmayan vize türlerine kapalı olduğu için vize yenileme işlemlerini yapmadılar

Daha sonrasında ilk olarak 13 Temmuz itibariyle Ankara konsolosluğu göçmen ve göçmen olmayan vizelere açıldığını açıkladı

Normalde bu aşamadan sonra vize yenileme işlemlerinin başlaması gerekiyordu fakat yine başlayamadı, sonrasında ise vize yenilemek isteyen talihliler Aker v Trump davası olarak adlandırılan Charles Kuck davasına dahil oldular,bu dahil olmadan sonra aşağıda haberini bildirdiğimiz, 8 ağustos tarihinden itibaren Ankara konsolosluğunun vize yenilemek isteyen talihlilere olumlu dönüşler yapmaya başladığı haberini aldık, buna göre vize süresi 23 nisan sonrası biten arkadaşlarımıza yeniden mülakat tarihi verdiler bu arkadaşlarımızda yeni sağlık raporu ve yeniden vize ücreti ödemek suretiyle vizelerini yenilemiş oldular

KCC ve konsolosluğa 5 Eylül’den beri gönderdiğim bir çok mailin 1 tanesine bile cevap alamadım. Bunu avukatlara ve ilgili yerlere rapor edeceğim. Maillerine cevap alabilen var mıdır?

Sayin @crazycells DV-2020 mulakatim 3 nisanda olusturulmustu ancak iptal edildi. Yeni cikan karar neticesinde 05/09/2020 tarihinde [email protected] adresine ve KCC'ye sitede belirtilen formatta email gonderdim ancak "[email protected]" otomatik yanit alabildim ve KCC'de herhangi bir geri donus yapmadi.
2 kez konsoloslugu aradim ancak AIS yetkilisi biz mulakat tarihi veremiyoruz konsolosluk tarihleri atiyor diye bildirdiler. Asagidaki gibi otomatik donus aldim

3. Lawful Permanent Residents (LPR): If you are seeking to return to the United States, and have remained outside the U.S. for more than one year, or beyond the validity of your re-entry permit (Form I-327), you will need to apply for a new visa to return to the United States. 10. Pending Diversity Visas (DV): Presidential Proclamation 10014 suspends entry into the United States of certain immigrants.
